Stay Apartments is located in a building at Mere puiestee 8, built in 1888 according to the design of architect O.R. Knupfer.
The building is situated in the very heart of Estonia's capital, on the border between the Old Town and modern Tallinn, in close proximity to the port and the sea.
Recognized as a cultural monument in 1997, the building features a majestic appearance with large arched windows and beautiful Neo-Romanesque and Renaissance-style details.
